MULAGO,Kampala – The pair of male Siamese twins born in June this year in Kabale district will be separated at Mulago Referral Hospital this month.
The twins, Trevor and Timothy, born weighing two-and-a-half kilos now weigh ten kilos and are fit to undergo the operation.
Mulago’s deputy Executive Director, Doreen Male will lead the team that will handle the operation said to take place anytime this month.
Rosette Tusiime and Denis Owomugisha, the twin’s parents, are peasants from the remote south-western district of Uganda.
