The Madonna Inn is a motel in San Luis Obispo, California. Opened for business in 1958, it quickly became a landmark on the Central Coast of California. The property is adorned with a pseudo-Swiss-Alps exterior and lavish common rooms accented by pink roses, Western murals, and hammered copper. Each of the 109 guest rooms and suites is uniquely designed and themed, though some tourists stop just to peek at the famous rock waterfall urinal located in the men’s washroom, a feature designed by Hollywood set designer Harvey Allen Warren.

6.Utter Inn
The Utter Inn hotel is the brainchild of Mikael Genberg, a local artist and sculptor. It lies 3m below the surface of Lake Mälaren and contains only twin beds and a table. The facility is entered through a small, typical-appearing Swedish house located on the surface of the water. The only representation of this concept is, at this point, located in Lake Mälaren near the town of Vasteras in Sweden.
7.WWII Patrol Boat(Waitanic)
WWII Patrol Boat, a Fairmile Ship built in 1942 in Auckland and now the latest motel attraction at Woodlyn Park. This boat is part of New Zealand’s History as 12 were built for anti submarine patrol in the Islands during WWII and only a couple survived including this one, The Motunui, which is now renamed as The Waitanic.
8.Ice Hotel
Ice hotel is a temporary hotel made up of snow, sculpted blocks of ice, and some steel framing. All of the ice hotels are reconstructed every year, and are dependent upon constant sub-freezing temperatures during construction and operation. The walls, fixtures, and fittings are made entirely of ice, and are held together using a substance known as snice, which takes the place of mortar in a traditional brick-built hotel.
9.Dog Bark Park Inn
The Dog Bark Park Inn is a hotel located in the US state of Idaho. The hotel is built in the shape of a beagle, making it a famous landmark in the state. It is colloquially known as Sweet Willy by local residents. Designed and built by Dennis J Sullivan & Frances Conklin as the World’s Biggest Beagle the bed and breakfast inn opened in August of 2003.
10.Capsule Hotel
A capsule hotel is a type of hotel with a large number of extremely small rooms intended to provide cheap and basic overnight accommodation for guests not requiring the services offered by more conventional hotels. This style of hotel accommodation was developed in Japan and has not gained popularity outside of the country, although Western variants known as “Pod hotels” with larger accommodations and often private baths are being developed.
