Adhabu hii Noma: Jamaa anyofolewa jino moja baada ya Jengine ikiwa ni adhabu ya yeye kumuua Rafiki yake

ZIMBABWE- The man who people accused of killing his friend with a pair of scissors managed to get away from the cops. But it may have been better for him if he had surrendered to the law. Death came slowly to the man known as Rra Skero, as people's justice ran its painful course.

Now, even his terrified mother is begging the police for protection after her son was viciously beaten, had his teeth removed while he was still alive and his faced smashed in. When the cops arrived a tyre and a plastic bag had already been placed on his body. The cops stopped the angry residents from setting him alight. His mother, Rosinah Skhosana (59), said she doesn't want to avenge her son's death.

"All I wish is for him to be buried peacefully," she said.

Patrick Skhosana (30) was killed in the early hours of Saturday morning by angry residents in Block R, Soshanguve. Residents in the area gave him the name Bra Skero, which means Mr Scissors, after he allegedly killed his friend with a pair of scissors on 20 April. Rosinah pleaded with police to arrest him.

"I saw my son's death coming. First he was shot in the leg and a few weeks ago, he was injured in a hit-and-run," she said.

She didn't know who was behind these acts, but she knew they happened because of the murder he is believed to have committed. She received a call at about 2am on Saturday telling her about her son's death At the time, she was in Rustenburg where she works as a domestic worker.

"I heard my son was found in the city on Friday night and they tied him up with a rope and drove to a park in Block R. When they arrived at the park they blew a whistle and told residents that they'd found Mr Scissors."

Rietgat Police's Warrant Officer Lolo Mangena confirmed that the police were investigating the murder of Skhosana. He said the family should report the death threats to the police. People's paper
