A key confidante of Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka may soon find himself in jail due to an accumulation of unpaid bills.
Apparently the Mheshimiwa, who runs a popular restaurant in Nairobi has run into financial troubles and is unable to pay his suppliers who are now threatening to move to court to demand payment which is in millions of shillings.
The MP who in his hey days was a “loverboy” has been avoiding going to his office for fear of meeting with the angry suppliers camping there.
Some of the MPs who have the attention of the broke MP, are now considering petitioning the Vice President to intervene and settle the matter.
Romour has it that the MP has been approached by Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta emissaries to woo him to support his bid for presidency, in exchange of clearing his hefty bills.
