Education Minister Mutula Kilonzo has directed all school heads in the country to allow school girls wear miniskirts.
The unexpected move comes after Rwathia Girls High School in Murang’a County went on strike last week, demanding that the school administration allows them to wear miniskirts.
The girls complained the uniform which was newly introduced was ugly and the skirts were too long which according to them was an old fashion style.
The big question is; was the minister supposed to allow miniskirts in high schools?
