In
order to make sure that there is peace and Harmony from the different
categories starting family and society at large Global Peace Foundation in
Tanzania continues to educate different group of people to understand about it,
this time they went to Mkapa Secondary school for workshop about Educating
Students Conflicts resolution and peace
Speaking
to the youth Country Director of Global Peace Foundation Tanzania Martha
Nghambi whom she educate about Conflict resolution and peace Building in
different places including home, school, street and other areas around the
society for the sake of maintaining peace and elaborate further that the
conflict can be start between country and country, person and person, and
between organizations all those may occur because of misunderstanding between
two parties because failing to reach to the conclusion.
Further
she explain that most of the conflict
occur because of religious beliefs, Politics, beliefs and poverty and all these
occur because of miss communications between people,extremist,politics,religious belief and at the end of the day
the results of these conflicts are all parties to lose something, one part to
win and another part lose and win win situation.
She
Conclude by saying that “people around the world need peace it’s our duty to
make sure that we maintain it” and in order to fulfill this we need to make
sure that all the time we are happy, to make sure that we don’t have any misunderstanding and to make sure that if you don’t like someone to embarrass you even
you make sure that you don’t embarrass them by doing so we will keep
maintaining our peace.
Talking
about youth and peace one of the Global Peace Ambassador in Tanzania Anna
Mwalongo she emphasized that in
order to maintain peace youth must make sure that they understand themselves
and avoid to be bribed by other people for the sake of breaching the peace and
continue to make sure that peace is maintained.
Also
the National Vice Chair Person of United Nations Associations (YUNA) Arafat
Bakir explain in details about the 17 Global Sustainable Development Goals and
focus on Goal number 16 which says Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions he
emphasized that it’s our task both of us to understand about maintain peace and
people are still getting this education within the town and outside.

place in Zanzibar it was about Global peace leadership Conference (GPLC
Zanzibar) and the guest of honor was second vice president of Zanzibar Hon.
Balozi Seif Ali and attended by more than 200 people including former
presidents from different countries.
Global Peace Foundation
with the collaboration of Inter Religious Council peace they introduce campaign
on emphasizing peace during the presidential elections in Tanzania last year
and it was known as ‘Amani Kwanza’.
Currently Global peace
foundation continued to emphasize peace with their campaign known us ‘Vijana na
Amani’ and they collaborate with youth and other groups together with parents
to make sure that peace is maintained.
Up to now they manage
to organize different debate that aim to emphasize peace and training to
schools, society, and Social network about peace keeping.
