CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (KTLA) -- Passengers onboard an AirTran flight say they were horrified to see cockroaches coming out of air vents and storage areas, and now, at least two of those passengers want a chance to tell their story in court.
Harry Marsh and his fiancee, Kaitlin Rush, were so upset that they have decided to sue AirTran for $100,000, in addition to the cost of their tickets.
The North Carolina couple says they have photos of the cockroaches crawling near the air vents and overhead lights.
